A personal note from Victoria:   “I created Rose Conscious to share a deep love of self discovery, in hopes that I can encourage the desire to look at the not so pretty parts of our humanness and give those parts the kindness they deserve to transform.   My own painful past and my refusal to deal with it was causing suffering that left me feeling unable to live life. I displayed a happy and bright exterior yet felt so broken, anxious and depressed inside. After lots of avoidance, a few unsuccessful suicide attempts, addictions, disorders, and anger outbursts later, I started getting undeniable confirmations that life is worth living. I was so sick and tired of feeling so sick and tired. After mannnnyyy different healing techniques, therapies and things that inspired taking self-responsibility, I learned how to deal with the load I was carrying- most of which I had no idea I was but definitely true!     I continue to learn and heal which allows me to thrive rather than just barely survive. I choose to focus on transforming so that I can live a balanced, heart centered life. Although sometimes I still feel those heavy feelings, I am better equipped to handle them and I find it is exactly what I need to keep blossoming into someone I love.
